This is a scam company. I paid an upfront fee of $1,000 to have my 1120 filed, and now they are completely unresponsive. I’ve tried calling and emailing multiple times, but they’re ignoring me. Unfortunately, I can’t even file a lawsuit because the company isn’t registered in the USA. Stay away from them!
