We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic real estate team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and conversions for residential and commercial properties across India. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Optimize campaigns to meet lead generation, CPL, and ROI goals Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve results Collaborate with sales and creative teams to align marketing efforts with property sales goals Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, etc.) Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and real estate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in performance/digital marketing (real estate preferred) Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and lead generation strategies Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach Excellent communication and project management skills Preferred: Experience marketing properties in Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities across India Show more Show less
