Head of Marketing (B2B Media & Marketing Services) Location: Remote / Based in India Type: Full-time. Flexible working options available About Us We’re a fast-growing B2B media and marketing services business that runs a portfolio of publications for senior decision-makers in supply chain, procurement, logistics and finance. We help our customers (tech companies), connect with these professional audiences through advertising, thought leadership and lead generation campaigns. We’ve grown quickly, and as we scale, we’re looking for a senior marketing leader who can bring structure, insight, and pace to how we grow both our audiences and our customer base , while also helping shape the future of our marketing services offering. It’s a wide and exciting remit, involving marketing strategy, execution and supporting the Founder building a new business! About the Role This is a senior, cross-functional marketing role for someone who loves building and scaling , not just maintaining. You’ll sit at the centre of the business — driving new customer acquisition, improving how we manage and grow our audiences, and helping realise the future vision for how we deliver marketing services to clients. You’ll report directly to the Founder and work closely with our editorial and content strategy lead. You’ll have one direct report, Lead Prospecting. This role is ideal for someone with startup or scale-up experience , who’s comfortable moving between strategy and delivery , and thrives in a collaborative, practical culture. Key Responsibilities 1. Growth Marketing & Commercial Lead Generation Own and execute all growth marketing efforts — including email, social, SEO-driven campaigns, partnerships, and paid channels. Manage and coach the Lead Prospecting function to ensure strong inbound + outbound alignment. Plan and deliver campaigns that drive new customer acquisition (advertisers, sponsors, lead-gen clients). Own messaging and positioning for 360 Intelligence, our commercial-facing parent brand. 2. Audience Data, Analytics & Subscriber Journeys Own audience reporting and data insight across all publications. Manage the health and structure of our audience database (segmentation, tagging, tracking). Improve subscriber journeys — from sign-up to onboarding and re-engagement. Collaborate with the Content Lead to support audience growth across our publications. 3. Strategic Development of Our Marketing Services Work with the Founder to shape and evolve our marketing services offer to clients. Bring insight into how other B2B media or SaaS businesses deliver marketing campaigns and drive results. Collaborate with sales and content teams to improve campaign delivery and performance reporting. Help define how we scale our offering across new sectors or audience groups. About You Experienced – 9+ years in B2B marketing, ideally with at least 2 in a fast-moving startup or scale-up. Customer-focused – you understand how to build messaging, journeys and campaigns that appeal to decision-makers (CMOs, demand gen leads, etc.). Hands-on – you’re just as happy writing email copy or building a dashboard as you are defining strategy. Collaborative – you thrive in a low-ego team and know how to build trust quickly. Structured thinker – you can bring order to complexity, and help others do the same. Data-savvy – confident with CRM, email, analytics, and campaign reporting. Flexible & resourceful – you know how to get things done without big agency or in-house support teams. International Experience - Exposure to US or European markets. Nice to Have Experience in B2B media, publishing, SaaS, or lead-gen environments. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, GA4, Mailchimp, Canva, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
