2D Technical Lead Animator

As a Sr/Lead 2D Technical Animation, you will be responsible for creating animations and particle systems, integrating animations in Unity, mentoring, guiding, and supervising the 2D animation team. You will also be required to solve creative and technical challenges, review all 2D animations, communicate with clients to understand and implement animation requirements, train the existing animation team, and provide direction to the animation team. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in game animation, a strong understanding of animation principles, and relevant experience as an animator with a proven track record of creating appealing character and object animations, preferably in Unity. Experience in special effects and particle tools, comfort with stylized art, and the ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-paced environment are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the experience of delivering Unity Animation files to clients, are also required. A portfolio showcasing all aspects of your skills is a must-have. Additionally, it would be beneficial if you are precise and detail-oriented, have experience working on at least 2-3 AA/AAA titles, stay updated on the latest industry developments and corporate competitors, and possess knowledge of storytelling through timing, posing, and composition. Skills in 2D animation and Unity 3D are essential for this role.,
