About the job: As an SDR/BDR, you will be the frontline of our sales team taking cold leads and turning them into real demos and opportunities. Your mission: get our product in front of the right decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: A. Prospect & Research 1. Identify target accounts (CXOs, HR leaders, People Managers, Ops Heads). 2. Research companies & decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc. B. Outbound Outreach 1. Run multi-channel outreach: LinkedIn, email, and calls. 2. Personalize messaging to highlight pain points in performance reviews, OKRs, and people management, Follow up consistently to spark interest, Qualify & Schedule. 3. Use qualification frameworks (BANT/CHAMP) to identify good-fit prospects. 4. Book discovery calls / demos for Account Executives. 5. Maintain accurate CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce). C. Collaborate & Report 1. Work closely with marketing on campaigns, events, and lead-gen initiatives. 2. Share feedback from prospects to improve messaging and positioning. 3. Track activity metrics (emails sent, calls made, demos booked). Strong written & verbal communication skills. Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-volume outreach. Familiarity with LinkedIn, HubSpot/Salesforce, and email automation tools. Hungry to learn SaaS sales, resilient, and result-oriented. Nice to have: Have prior SaaS/HRTech sales experience. Understand OKRs, HR workflows, or performance management.
