Key Responsibilities:Conduct on-site measurements for civil, structural, and finishing works. Verify contractor and vendor bills based on actual site measurements and approved drawings. Prepare and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material estimates, and work orders. Check quantity deviations and resolve discrepancies between site work and approved plans. Assist in rate analysis, cost control, and budget planning for projects. Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of bills to management. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and accounts department for smooth billing processes. Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, project specifications, and quality standards. Key Skills:Site Measurement & Quantity Verification Ability to take precise measurements and verify work done as per approved drawings. Billing & Documentation – Expertise in preparing, verifying, and processing bills, invoices, and work orders. BOQ & Rate Analysis – Strong understanding of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and rate analysis. Cost Control & Budgeting – Knowledge of construction cost estimation, cost monitoring, and budget management.

Requirements: Experience: 3 to 7 years in high-rise R.C.C. structure construction. Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in R.C.C. works (from footing to OHWT). Strong knowledge of structural drawings and execution methods. Basic understanding of quality control and safety regulations. Supervise and execute R.C.C. works from foundation to OHWT in high-rise buildings. Ensure adherence to structural drawings, site execution plans, and quality control standards. Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and material suppliers. Monitor construction activities and ensure safety regulations are followed. Prepare daily progress reports and update senior management. Assist in resolving site-related technical issues.
