Visit assigned delinquent customers at their residence, workplace, or field location. Educate customers about overdue payments, outstanding dues, and repayment obligations. Collect payments and ensure proper acknowledgment and documentation. Ensure all field visits strictly follow RBI’s Fair Practices Code and company SOPs. Maintain professional behaviour during interactions; no coercion or harassment allowed.
Lead and manage a team of field executives/tele-callers Allocate cases and ensure daily/monthly collection targets Handle escalated customer cases & negotiate settlements Monitor overdue accounts and recovery follow-ups Prepare daily MIS reports Ensure compliance with RBI & client guidelines Requirements: Strong team handling skills Good communication & negotiation Experience in PL/BL/Auto/Two-Wheeler/Consumer loan collections Field visits when required
