The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to transform data into actionable insights that drive business performance. Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to drive business decisions. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide insights. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and cleaning processes. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-8 years of experience in data analysis or a related field. Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis. Excellent communication skills to convey findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
