Role & responsibilities 1. Create plans and drawings (specifications, GFIs, GFCs, and working drawings) which clearly outline the architectural design of the project(s) 2. Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science, and materials in order to create the ideal finished product 3. Conduct site evaluations to ensure the quality of work and adherence to safety standards 4. Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire construction process 5. Oversee budgets and construction cashflows to ensure that the project & deliverables are managed without cost escalation while not compromising on quality and design intent 6. Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules, and budgets 7. Coordinate with various stakeholders such as the client, MEP and Structural engineers, landscape and interiors architects, cost consultants, liaison team, etc., so that the project and the required designs and drawings are developed holistically 8. Create approvals and statutory permissions drawings so that they can be submitted to the competent government authority to obtain permissions for construction 9. Coordinate and support the liaison team to ensure statutory compliance and an expedient process that benefits the project 10. Ideate and create proposals and pitch decks or presentations for new projects and prospective clients or customers 11. Create presentations and design concepts on platforms such as Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Photoshop 12. Guide, monitor, and be responsible for a team of young architect(s) in the team Preferred candidate profile . B.Arch or M.Arch is mandatory 2. 3 - 7 years experience in residential and commercial projects design development. 3. LEED / IGBC certification is preferred 4. Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit 5. Strong communication skills
3–8 years of experience in real estate sales CRM, lead management, or sales Strong understanding of CRM tools Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented .Willing to work on weekends and travel to project side
