We're Hiring: Sales Executive at 11Cowork 11Cowork is looking for a Sales Executive to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to our brand’s marketing and sales strategies. If you have a strong background in sales, marketing, and client management, this role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry. Key Responsibilities: - Handle sales process using MyOperator and manage client inquiries. - Manage branding collateral, including basic canva content for merchandise, uniforms, and advertisements. - Occasionally visit 11Cowork spaces (Baner, Aundh, Hinjewadi, Pimple Saudagar) to attend to key clients. - Collaborate with the marketing team on website content, ad campaigns, and performance tracking. - Monitor ad performance, maintain data reports, and present bi-weekly insights. - Work with operations to maintain client data and ensure structured follow-ups. - Create client quotations as needed and maintain a database of potential future project locations. - Follow up on client payments and ensure seamless communication. Requirements: - Previous sales experience in real estate, marketing, hospitality, or event management is preferred. - Strong proficiency in Excel, including revenue calculations and reporting. - Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is an advantage. - Strong client management and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate with the operations team to manage client lists and seating arrangements.
