In this role, you will be responsible for driving our business growth and expanding our brand presence, with a primary focus on the key markets of Rajkot and nerarby cities. This is a target-based position for a proactive individual who thrives on building strong client relationships and executing effective marketing strategies to achieve measurable success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the Rajkot and Morbi regions. Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify customer needs and trends in the target cities. Create and manage local marketing campaigns and promotional events to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and progress towards targets. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure brand consistency and a cohesive marketing message. Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
