Key Responsibilities • In-Person Consultations: Greet and engage customers at our studio, demonstrate product features through sampling, and provide expert guidance to help them select the best hair care solutions. • Customer Service Excellence: Address customer inquiries with professionalism, resolve issues promptly, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. • Sales & Target Achievement: Actively promote our products to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. • Product Expertise: Develop comprehensive knowledge of our product range to confidently answer customer questions and recommend suitable solutions. • Order Management: Process customer orders efficiently and coordinate with our fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery. • Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing: Build strong relationships with potential customers through proactive follow-ups, fostering loyalty and closing sales. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience and resolve escalations effectively. Qualifications & Skills • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within retail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport. • Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Passionate about hair care products and eager to expand industry knowledge. • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team. • Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms for customer engagement and lead generation. • Willingness to work from 10 AM to 7 PM, Sunday to Saturday, with one weekly day off. • Must reside in Chennai and be comfortable working exclusively from our Adyar studio.
