Campaign Execution & Content Collaborate with the Content and Design teams to execute email and social media campaigns. Assist in creating templates, newsletters, and automated workflows for outreach. Run A/B tests and apply AI-driven personalisation for subject lines, CTAs, and copy improvements. Create and optimise content for blogs, social media, and website landing pages. 2. CRM Hygiene & Reporting Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems. Track key KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, demos, pipeline value, and campaign performance. Prepare and present weekly marketing reports with actionable insights. 3. Research & Prospecting Contribute to account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for global markets. Research and segment target audiences — including CXOs, CTOs, and HR Leaders. Use AI tools for lead scoring, prioritisation, and industry insights. 4. Outreach & Engagement Execute multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, email, webinars, and events. Support the setup of email nurturing sequences to convert leads into opportunities. Participate in improving personalisation and follow-up processes for better engagement. Requirements: Understanding of social media marketing, email campaigns, and basic analytics. Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, ChatGPT, and CRMs. Strong writing, communication, and analytical abilities. Proactive and experiment-driven mindset, with a focus on measurable outcomes. Interest in AI-powered marketing tools and automation is a plus. Develop a strong pipeline of leads across industries and geographies. Craft compelling outreach strategies to initiate conversations.
