Job description-Factory HR & Admin Job brief We are seeking a highly capable HR & Admin Officer to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our Human Resources department. Responsibilities Here is a look at all the job responsibilities of an HR administrator: Organize, maintain, and update internal databases with digital personnel records of relevant employee information. Supervise new employee onboarding, prepare offer documentation, and conduct orientation sessions. Keep a track record of leaves such as sick or maternity. Ensure legal compliance. Schedule job interviews, contact, screen, and shortlist candidates as needed. Provide guidance on employee behaviour and launch investigation. Prepare correspondence, arrange meetings, processing confidential reports and documents. Handle all employee queries, written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality. Organize and supervise all travel arrangements for employees. Handle all the factory employees’ details. Visit at the factory for update HR related issues. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Keep recodes of vendors bill and payment and new vendor on boarding. Order office stationery and supplies and office pantry items, IT related items like printer service cartage filling, and check all travel booking and hotel booking and pay all bills on time telephone bills, internet bills, office rent bills stationery bills etc. Maintain internal databases Submit expense reports. Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners. Make travel arrangements. Ordering, storing, and distributing office supplies. Oversees the daily operations of an office, managing facilities, supplies, equipment, and coordinating administrative tasks for the entire team. Works closely with high-level executives, providing administrative support, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential information. Handles administrative tasks related to HR functions, such as maintaining employee records, managing benefits, assisting with recruitment, and onboarding, and ensuring compliance. Required skills and qualifications Proven success in office administration Superb written and verbal communication skills Strong time-management and multitasking abilities Bachelor’s degree At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: HR: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred)
