Responsiblities Design, implement, and manage Zscaler solutions to enhance network security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and optimize network performance. Troubleshoot network issues related to Zscaler and recommend effective solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for Zscaler implementations and configurations. Monitor network traffic and performance metrics to ensure service delivery standards are met. Conduct regular audits of Zscaler policies and configurations to ensure compliance and security. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and Zscaler features to recommend improvements. Essential Skillsets Strong understanding of Zscaler platform and its services and applications in particular ZIA and ZPA. Strong knowledge of Internet proxies and proxy files. Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP/IPAM, VPN, etc.). Proven experience in network engineering. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Desirable skillsets Additional/Good-to-have Knowledge Skills Experience with VeloCloud SD-WAN solutions. Experience with Meraki Switching Wi-Fi solutions.
