Job Overview: We are seeking a female candidate with a medical background to act as a Personal Assistant to the management, handling operational, administrative, and field-related responsibilities. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and a willingness to travel across India to explore opportunities in the surgical dressings market. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day activities for the management team. Handle banking activities, follow-ups for payments, and execute payments as directed. Maintain daily inventory updates, including raw material input and finished goods output. Coordinate and schedule appointments & meetings. Track and report on stock levels, dispatches, and procurement needs. Actively participate in business development trips across India for market opportunities in surgical dressings. Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients professionally. Assist in planning, organizing, and promoting products in the field. Work closely with the management team in Vijayawada for strategic discussions and execution. Requirements: Female candidate with a medical background • Strong verbal & written communication skills in English and regional languages. Spontaneous, proactive, and well-organized with the ability to multitask. Willingness to travel Pan-India frequently. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email communication). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (as no fixed office apart from Vijayawada). Work Structure: Candidate would be based in Hyderabad and would attending work from here and attending. Base Location: Vijayawada (primary coordination) Operational Coordination: Frequent interaction with management team in Hyderabad for planning, discussions, and strategy. Travel: Pan-India travel for business meetings, hospital visits, vendor discussions, and promotional activities in the surgical dressings market. Office Setup: No fixed office apart from Vijayawada; role involves independent work, remote coordination, and on-field engagement. Reporting: Directly to Management Work Timings: Standard business hours, with flexibility for travel schedules and client meetings. Base Location: Vijayawada (primary coordination), inventory tracking, banking operations, and field visits.
We are looking for a professional driver with the following: Experience: Minimum 5 to10 years driving experience Skills: Capable of driving automatic & latest model cars Ability to handle heavy vehicles Physically and mentally fit to drive long distances (up to 1100 km continuously) Salary & Benefits: Monthly Pay: 24,000 Outstation Allowance: 400/day (for breakfast, lunch & dinner) • Safely operate automatic and manual vehicles, including luxury and heavy vehicles. • Conduct regular vehicle checks and ensure proper upkeep (fuel, tyres, servicing, etc.). • Follow traffic regulations and defensive driving practices at all times. • Manage outstation trips with punctuality, endurance, and responsibility. • Maintain records of mileage, fuel, and travel logs if required. • Provide courteous service to passengers and ensure confidentiality. Qualifications & Requirements • Valid LMV/HMV driving license (mandatory). • Minimum 510 years of driving experience with accident-free record. • Knowledge of highways, tolls, and navigation systems (GPS/Maps). • Physically fit with stamina for long-distance driving. • Background verification/police clearance preferred. • Non-smoker, non-drinker during duty hours. • Flexible for extended hours and outstation assignments.
