Job Description

WFH Hindi Customer Support ,English and Hindi (spoken) mandatory salary 17,000.00 - 19,000.00 CTC per month Excellent communication skills . Must be fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken) BPO experience will be preferred Work window: 9 hours, 6 days working. 24x7 operations 6 days a week Should have their own laptop and WIFI connection System Requirement- Core i5 gen 7 or above 8GB RAM genuine windows 10 or 11 with latest service pack; fixes/patch management to be carried out by partner on these end-points at regular intervals (virus definition updates, windows updates as the examples) Camera availability is must >=20Mbps internet connection (broadband connection is most preferred and mobile hotspot is not allowed) Genuine/Full version of Endpoint protection on the system Compatible USB headsets for WFH users UPS is mandatory EDR installation is a must
