Design visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts for optimal user experience. Implement responsive web designs to ensure functionality across all devices. Graphic Design & Branding: Create engaging graphics, banners, and multimedia content that align with brand identity. Maintain consistency in design elements across all digital platforms. UI/UX Optimization: Enhance website usability, ensuring intuitive navigation and accessibility. Conduct user testing and implement feedback for continuous improvements. Front-End Development: Convert designs into functional web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Work with developers to integrate UI components with backend systems. Content Management & Maintenance: Update website content regularly using CMS platforms like WordPress. Ensure site performance, speed, and SEO best practices. Collaboration & Trend Monitoring: Work closely with marketing and content teams to align web design with branding goals. Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and emerging web technologies. Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 1 3 years of experience in web design, UI/UX, or front-end development. Experience with B2B SaaS products or recruitment-related industries is a plus. Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks. Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress. Basic understanding of SEO and web performance optimization. Ability to interpret web analytics and improve design based on data insights. Personal Attributes: Highly creative with strong attention to detail. Organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
