Opportunity: UX & Design Audit Collaboration We are looking to collaborate with a design consultant for a one-time UX and design audit of an already-built site for a business rooted in community change and social impact . This is not a full redesign — it’s a chance to bring a fresh, strategic perspective to elevate the design and ensure it aligns clearly with our mission. Ideal for a younger designer who’s excited to: Take creative ownership Have their voice truly heard Collaborate on something with real-world impact Preferred Qualifications : 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI design A strong eye for design systems , accessibility, and visual hierarchy Experience conducting UX audits or heuristic evaluations Familiarity with tools like Figma , Adobe XD , or similar Clear, confident communication skills — especially when giving strategic design feedback Bonus: Experience with mission-driven brands , nonprofits, or community-centered work Preference for designers based in Africa or South Asia — especially those passionate about purpose-driven brands , inclusive design , and systems change If this sounds like you — or someone in your network — I’d love to connect.
