Walkin Team Leader Production Shift

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations on the shop floor, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall plant performance.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in manufacturing or related field (production engineering/management).
  
• B.Tech / B.E. degree in relevant discipline (Ceramics/Chemical).
  
• Strong understanding of production management principles, including planning, scheduling, controlling, and monitoring.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
