Walk-in || Production Assocaite API Plant

Unichem Laboratories Ltd. is looking for Production Associates for its API manufacturing plant at Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical API manufacturing, with knowledge of production operations, GMP practices, and safety procedures.

Role & responsibilities

• Carry out API manufacturing activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Handle and monitor manufacturing equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers, and other process equipment.
• Perform charging, material transfer, filtration, drying, and other unit operations as per process requirements.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety guidelines, and plant procedures.
• Maintain batch records, equipment usage logs, and other production documentation.
• Perform equipment and area cleaning, line clearance, and housekeeping activities.
• Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Engineering teams for smooth production operations.
• Follow EHS requirements and ensure safe handling of chemicals and raw materials.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 1-3 years in API / pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in API production and chemical process operations will be preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Good understanding of safety, discipline, and documentation practices.
• API manufacturing and production operations.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical cGMP and SOPs.
• Familiarity with reactors, centrifuges, filters, and dryers.
• Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) documentation.
• Chemical handling and industrial safety practices.
• Equipment cleaning, line clearance, and housekeeping.
• Basic knowledge of process parameters and troubleshooting.
