Final fixed salary within the advertised range will be determined based on relevant experience, proven achievements, English communication, qualifications and interview performance.

ABOUT PERFECT GROUP

We are expanding our International B2B Client Acquisition Team to connect with corporate employers across Dubai, the UAE and other GCC markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Research UAE/GCC companies in Construction, MEP, Facility Management, Cleaning, Logistics, Hospitality and other industries.

2. Identify HR Managers, Recruitment Managers, Procurement Managers and corporate decision-makers.

3. Generate genuine B2B leads using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google and company websites.

4. Contact international corporate clients through professional English emails, LinkedIn messages and approved business calls.

5. Introduce PERFECT GROUP’s overseas manpower recruitment services.

6. Identify genuine corporate manpower requirements and qualified business opportunities.

7. Schedule verified meetings for our Dubai Business Development Team and company management.

8. Maintain accurate company, lead, communication and follow-up records in our CRM.

9. Coordinate with the India and UAE teams and submit daily progress reports.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

* Fluent professional English speaking and writing skills.

* Minimum 2 years of relevant B2B lead generation or appointment-setting experience.

* Hands-on LinkedIn Sales Navigator knowledge.

* Experience with corporate prospecting, email outreach, lead qualification and follow-ups.

* Ability to independently identify corporate decision-makers and arrange genuine client meetings.

* CRM experience and accurate reporting skills.

* Willingness to relocate to and work full-time from Gorakhpur.

International B2B experience involving UAE/GCC, US, UK or other overseas markets is preferred. Overseas recruitment or staffing experience is an advantage.

SALARY, INCENTIVES & BENEFITS

Fixed Salary: 30,000–90,000 Per Month

Additional Incentive: 1,000 Per Company-Approved Qualified B2B Lead
