Job Description

We are looking for a Walk-in Coordinator to manage and facilitate the admission process for walk-in students and parents. The ideal candidate will handle student inquiries, provide information about courses, guide them through the admission process, and ensure a seamless experience. This role requires excellent communication, sales, and organizational skills to convert walk-ins into enrolled students. Key Responsibilities: Handle Walk-in Inquiries: Greet and assist students/parents, provide course details, and address queries. Manage Admissions Process: Guide students through applications, document verification, and fee payments. Lead Conversion & Follow-ups: Counsel prospective students and follow up to maximize enrollments. Event & Walk-in Drive Coordination: Organize admission drives and support marketing efforts. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain student records and track walk-in inquiries. Collaboration: Work with the admissions and marketing teams for a seamless enrollment process.
