Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential talent. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews. Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment cycle. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong understanding of IT/Non-IT recruitment processes and trends. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients (hiring managers) and candidates. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
