Walk-in || Cloud Operations Engineer

Responsibilities:

Round the clock monitoring of alerts from monitoring agents

Perform the initial triage of each alert generated from the monitoring tools like PagerDuty, Kibana, Grafana etc.

Monitor Console / Operations Bridge for events, database backups, batch jobs etc

Monitor the alerts like disk failure, server failure, Service not responding and escalate to the appropriate team

Log Ticket and initiate appropriate process based on type of trigger (Event and Incident Management)

Event Management & Incident Management report preparation.

Health Checks monitoring.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of AWS or Azure ,Linux Administration & Shell scripting .

Moderate Knowledge in Grafana and ELK knowledge in Jenkins, Terraform, Puppet & JIRA .

Problem-solving attitude & Collaborative team spirit

Good communication skills required
