Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our service team. As a key front-line team member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. Your role includes understanding the menu, suggesting dishes, and coordinating with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth and efficient service. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and present menus Take food and beverage orders and relay them accurately to kitchen staff Serve food and drinks in a timely, courteous manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and work areas Ensure guests are satisfied throughout their dining experience Process bills and handle cash or card transactions accurately Comply with all health and safety regulations Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless service Upsell menu items and promotions when appropriate Requirements: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service preferred, fresher are also eligble Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay calm under pressure A team player with a positive attitude Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Food provided Paid time off Provident Fund Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Experience: waiter: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Kannangad, Kerala (Required) Work Location: In person
