Deep knowledge of wiring harness development lifecycle: packaging, schematic creation, electrical & thermal analysis, and manufacturability. Experience with Creo 3D for harness design and Saber 2D for electrical schematics and bundle drawings. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices for energy storage systems, such as functional safety standards. Hands-on experience with DFMEA, DFA, DFS, DFM, and risk analysis methodologies.
