Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to US insurance companies. Check claim status and verify insurance eligibility. Follow up on unpaid/denied claims. Assist with patient calling and voice-based healthcare support. Maintain accurate call records and reports. Experience: Fresher - 3 Years Required Qualifications: Good English communication skills (verbal). Willing to work night shifts. Graduates or Undergraduates can apply. Freshers and experienced candidates (up to 6 years) welcome.
