( Exp : 5 yrs ) Only Male candidates preferred We seek an experienced Machine Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations in our machining unit. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience , with strong skills in VMC SETTING , manpower handling , and enforcing 5s and safety standards . Responsibilities Supervise machine shop operations during assigned shifts VMC Machine parts Setting knowledge Ensure all machinery and equipment are functioning optimally Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion Implement & maintain 5s & safety protocols and ensure compliance Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs Train and mentor shop floor personnel Prepare shift reports and communicate with their HOD. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes Setup and troubleshoot VMC machines Maintain Tool & material inventory and coordinate with maintenance team. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in a machine shop environment as VMC Setter Skills Good knowledge of VMC and Machining Process. Good knowledge of GD&T. Positive can-do attitude to problem solving, developing systems, and improving business performance; Ability to promote team working culture and demonstrate team ethics; Overall management of the machine shop during the shift. Technical Expertise in Machining Safety Regulations Compliance Preventive Maintenance Process Improvement Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment Required Experience and Qualifications 10 th & 12 th, ITI, DME, BE (MECH), CNC Institute Benefits ü Training will be given to everyone and they will be mentored. ü ESI, EPF Available ü Room will be provided by the company. * ü Food Accommodation Available* (*Terms & Conditions Apply) ü Yearly Bonus Salary : ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month.
