Key Responsibilities: Content Conceptualization & Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience demographics, and brand guidelines. Brainstorm and propose innovative visual content ideas that align with marketing strategies and business goals (e.g., product launches, brand storytelling, event coverage, manufacturing process showcases). Develop detailed storyboards, shot lists, mood boards, and visual concepts for various multimedia projects. Video Production (End-to-End): Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for promotional campaigns, product showcases, social media (short-form and long-form), corporate communications, and internal training. Manage all stages of video production, including pre-production (scripting, scheduling, talent coordination, equipment setup), production (filming, lighting, audio recording), and post-production (editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics integration). Operate professional video cameras, drones (if applicable), lighting equipment, and audio recording devices proficiently. Graphic Design & Photography: Design and produce engaging static and animated graphics for social media posts, website banners, digital advertisements, email campaigns, presentations, and print collateral. Perform professional product photography, lifestyle photography, and corporate photography as needed, including comprehensive photo editing and retouching to ensure high quality and brand consistency.
