We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Visa Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students and clients through the entire visa process for countries including Australia, Canada, UK, USA, Italy, Germany, and more. You will be responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, assisting with application preparation, and ensuring a smooth and professional client experience. Key Responsibilities Provide personalized counselling and guidance to clients regarding study and tourist visa applications. Assist with end-to-end visa application processes including documentation, appointment booking, and follow-ups. Stay updated on immigration rules, embassy guidelines, and entry requirements for various countries. Maintain client records, track progress, and ensure all deadlines are met. Coordinate with universities, colleges, and admission teams for offer letters and COEs. Guide clients about SOPs, financial documentation, and interview preparation. Handle walk-ins, follow-ups, and telephonic/email inquiries efficiently. Maintain a high conversion rate of inquiries into successful applications. Attend training sessions and regular team meetings. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: education, management, or related areas). Proven experience in visa counselling or a related field (min. 1 year preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language (if applicable). Benefits Attractive salary and incentive structure.
