Videographer/Editor

Job Summary

As a Videographer at Unfold Story, you will be responsible for end-to-end video production — from ideation and planning to shooting and editing. You will work closely with our creative, marketing, and client teams to produce high-quality videos for a variety of purposes, including marketing campaigns, social media content, brand films, event coverage, and more.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Production & Planning

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and campaign goals.
• Develop creative video concepts, storyboards, and shot lists.
• Plan filming schedules, locations, and equipment requirements.

2. Filming & Production

• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
• Direct on-set activities, including talent positioning, scene setup, and shot framing.
• Ensure proper lighting, exposure, composition, and sound during shoots.
• Capture a mix of cinematic shots, candid footage, and dynamic angles to suit the project style.

3. Post-Production

• Edit videos using professional software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Add motion graphics, visual effects, animations, and color grading for a polished finish.
• Incorporate background music, sound effects, and subtitles as per project needs.
• Deliver final outputs in multiple formats optimized for social media, websites, and advertising platforms.

4. Research & Innovation

• Stay updated on videography trends, editing techniques, and new equipment.
• Suggest fresh and creative approaches to enhance storytelling.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Cinematographer, or Video Editor.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous video work.
• Proficiency in video editing and post-production tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Solid understanding of camera operations, lighting techniques, and sound recording.
• Creative storytelling skills with attention to visual detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film, Media, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
