Veeva Consultant

As an Infoscion, your primary responsibility will be to actively support the consulting team throughout various project phases such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will be tasked with exploring alternative solutions based on thorough research including literature surveys, information from public domains, vendor evaluations, etc., and developing proof of concepts. Additionally, you will be required to create requirement specifications based on business needs, define future processes, and develop detailed functional designs. In this role, you will be expected to assist in configuring solution requirements on products, diagnosing and resolving any issues that arise, seeking clarifications, and identifying possible solution alternatives. Furthermore, you will contribute to both unit-level and organizational initiatives with the aim of delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 3-15 years of total IT industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to implementing Veeva Vault CRM solutions for Life Sciences clients. - Demonstrate a strong familiarity with the Life Sciences domain and a comprehensive understanding of the Veeva tool. - Have exposure to the US Life Sciences market and experience in leading development teams, collaborating with client teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and guiding them through project life cycles. Technical Requirements: - Proficient in Veeva Vault and Veeva CRM. Additional Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data. - Stay informed about the latest technologies and trends in the industry. - Possess logical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively. - Evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose appropriate technology solutions. - Ideally, have knowledge in one or two industry domains. Preferred Skills: - Expertise in Insurance, Veeva, and CRM, particularly within the Life Sciences sector.,
