Build the MVP of: House of VARUNÉ (CRM / Ops), PHARMORIS (Pharma AI platform), GENORA (Space-bio data hub). Oversee code reviews, security, and deployments. Integrate email/calendar (Microsoft Graph) and SendGrid. Implement AI copilot (OpenAI API + RAG over internal SOPs). As Ops PM / Team Builder Translate the founder’s brief → 90-day roadmap + weekly sprints. Recruit and onboard 3–5 full-stack developers and 1 UX/UI designer. Set up the development workflow (GitHub, CI/CD, ClickUp or Linear). Manage delivery milestones, QA, and reporting. Produce weekly progress reports + Loom demos. Draft SOPs and train new hires on code standards and ops discipline. 🧠 Ideal Profile 8 + yrs hands-on full-stack experience (React/Next + Node/Nest or Django). Has built and scaled engineering teams (startup or agency side). Proven delivery record for SaaS or CRM-type platforms in < 4 months. Comfortable recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating developers.
