Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest Ads, and Bing Ads . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, improving ROAS, and generating qualified leads and sales through strategic performance marketing. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Search, Display, Shopping , Meta Ads , Pinterest , and Bing Ads . Develop and test ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages. Create and manage full-funnel ad strategies from awareness to conversion. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track key performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, conversion rate). Generate weekly/monthly reports and derive actionable insights. Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve campaign performance. Collaboration & Creative Direction: Work closely with the content, ecommerce, and design teams to ensure alignment on messaging and creative. Brief and review static creatives, videos, and ad copies for campaigns. Retargeting & Funnels: Create dynamic retargeting campaigns based on user behavior and website events. Build and manage lookalike audiences and remarketing strategies. Platform & Budget Management: Allocate budgets efficiently across platforms to maximize ROI. Manage ad accounts, pixels, tracking and UTM structures. Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns . Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, Bing Ads . Strong understanding of ecommerce funnels , conversion tracking , and audience targeting . Familiarity with Shopify , Google Analytics , and tools like Klaviyo or Hotjar . Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Self-motivated and performance-oriented with a growth mindset. Preferred Skills: Experience in luxury, fashion, or jewelry ecommerce. Knowledge of creative formats (reels, carousel, product videos).
