Job Title: UI/UX Designer Bangalore (Work from Office) Company Name: Resolve Tech Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 5 to 10 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: Resolve Tech is looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team in Bangalore (Work from Office) . The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in designing intuitive and user-friendly mobile applications. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional designs that enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing mobile app interfaces (iOS & Android) . Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to enhance user experience. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback for design improvements. Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs. Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components. Optimize designs based on performance metrics and user behavior analysis. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5 to 10 years of experience in UI/UX design. Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work. Hands-on experience with mobile UI design for Android & iOS applications. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop . Knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards . Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
