Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Mid-Senior Level Web Front-End Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our web applications, contributing to a high-quality user experience, and working with cutting-edge technologies. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to deliver exceptional web products. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and maintainable web applications using modern front-end technologies. Implement responsive and cross-browser compatible user interfaces. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional web components. Work closely with back-end engineers to integrate front-end and back-end systems. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes. Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends. Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and other front-end issues. Contribute to the overall architecture and design of our web applications. Mentor and guide junior engineers (for Senior Level). Proactively identify and propose solutions for technical challenges. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years (Mid-Level) / 5+ years (Senior-Level) of experience in front-end web development. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React Experience with both Server side rendering and client side rendering principles and frameworks like NextJS Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Mocha). Familiarity with performance optimization techniques. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with GIT pipelines and setting up tests and code coverage for code merges. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience designing and implementing micro front end architecture Experience with visualization libraries like D3 Experience with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Parcel). Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, SAGA). Experience creating and publishing reusable components for enterprise library Experience with accessibility best practices (WCAG). Experience with Agile development methodologies. Contributions to open-source projects. Familiarity with design systems.
