Urgent Required Account Executive in MNC for Chakan, Pune location. Required Qualification: B.Com/ M.Com/ BBA Required Experience: 0 to 2 Yrs. Fresher candidates can also apply for this position. Role & responsibilities Role & responsibilities 1. Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. 2. Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies by analyzing and verifying account details. 3. Maintain a well-organized record of invoices, payments, and correspondence to support audit requirements. 4. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing and providing the necessary documentation. 5. Prepare and update the customer outstanding file on a weekly basis. 6. Maintain a Fixed Asset (FA) register with proper documentation and updates. 7. Support audits by compiling necessary records and providing relevant explanations.
