Collaborate Closely – Work hand-in-hand with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals and technical feasibility.
User Testing & Feedback – Help conduct usability testing, collect user feedback, and iterate quickly to improve experiences.

What We’re Looking For:
Figma Mastery – You have strong expertise designing end-to-end user interfaces and components in Figma.
Framer Proficiency – You can build compelling interactive prototypes and product experiences directly in Framer.
HTML/CSS Skills – You’re able to bring your designs to life in the browser with responsive, semantic, maintainable code.
Design Systems Mindset – You can think in systems, ensuring consistency across components, states, and platforms.
Mobile & Desktop Awareness – You know how to craft interfaces that feel right on any screen size.
