Role & responsibilities Have strong working knowledge on industry-leading software and technologies (Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, Invision, etc;) Develop user-centered design (UCD) process flows, wireframes, mockups, and all graphic components and digital prototypes and visual design for mobile, web and marketing interfaces Have solid work experience on any one of the top Prototyping tools that include Adobe XD, Figma, etc. Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations Develop concepts for and design all collateral materials, including web & mobile application prototypes, direct mail, ads, postcards, newsletters, flyers, invitations, vouchers, and other graphics assets as needed Strong knowledge of UI design principles & patterns Coordinate e-Newsletter design Understand emerging tools, technology and business practices for the digital medium Solve design challenges quickly and with great thought Balance design work across the team to ensure quality and timely delivery Develop guidelines for data visualization together with the team Development of the Design System Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs meet customer needs and business objectives. Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to solve complex design problems. Deliver high-quality design, effectively communicating design intent to engineers and stakeholders. Ensure that designs meet industry standards for usability, durability, and appearance. Core competencies and Skills: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles Have strong working knowledge on industry-leading software and technologies (Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, Invision, etc. Have solid work experience on any one of the top Prototyping tools that include Adobe XD, Figma, etc. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree or BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field. Experience Required: 5 - 6 years. Experience working with a SaaS product.
