Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and coordinate both domestic and international travel packages. Handle client inquiries and provide personalized travel solutions based on customer preferences and budget. Arrange accommodations, transportation, sightseeing tours, and travel-related activities. Negotiate with hotels, airlines, and transport providers to secure the best rates and deals. Manage bookings, process payments, and handle travel documentation to ensure a smooth travel experience. Stay informed on global travel trends, visa regulations, and industry developments. Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote travel packages and drive customer engagement. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, tour planning, and itinerary creation. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficient in travel booking software and CRM tools.
