Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs candidates with Compensation & Benefits experience The application of current concepts, approaches, techniques & terms to achieve organization goals by examining the forces that shape the development of comp strategies, plans, & policies. It includes salary administration, incentive plans & stock based programs; understanding of the factors of motivation, performance evaluation, labor market dynamics & budgeting; laws and regulations & the way comp programs are designed for specific job families, units/functions & levels of organization.
