Role: Sales Manager Location: Delhi NCR Type: Full-Time | On-Site Key Responsibilities: To achieve and surpass sales targets Develop and implement winning sales strategies and business development plans. Identify & convert new business opportunities through lead generation and networking. Build strong, long-term client relationships with corporates and institutions. Conduct market research & competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities. Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery & client satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation. Strong expertise in Client Relationship Management. Knowledge of strategic planning, market trends, and competitor analysis. Excellent team leadership, communication & negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Prior industry experience in Security, Housekeeping, or Manpower Services is a must.
