Job Description: Client Relationship Manager Furniture Importing Firm Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship Management sr. executive with proven expertise in the furniture industry . The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring seamless service from order placement to delivery. Knowledge of furniture products, materials, designs, and import processes is essential to effectively engage with clients and provide value-added solutions. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing after-sales support. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand evolving needs and market trends. Business Development Support Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products. Provide product knowledge and recommendations tailored to client requirements. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential and existing clients. Industry & Product Expertise Maintain in-depth knowledge of imported furniture, including product specifications, materials, design trends, and global sourcing practices. Advise clients on furniture solutions that align with their preferences, budgets, and project requirements. Stay updated on international furniture trends and competitors offerings. Operational Coordination Liaise with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and warehouse) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Track orders, manage timelines, and communicate shipment/delivery updates to clients. Handle client complaints or issues related to product quality, shipping delays, or after-sales service. Reporting & Analysis Maintain client records, feedback, and transaction history using CRM tools. Prepare monthly reports on client engagement, sales performance, and satisfaction levels. Recommend strategies to improve client retention and experience. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field . Minimum 2–5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the furniture, interior design, or home dcor industry . Strong knowledge of furniture types, designs, materials, and sourcing practices . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize under tight deadlines. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and basic ERP systems. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
