Job Description

Responsibilities
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for ICT, FCT, and other test systems.
Ensure timely calibration of all test equipment to meet IPC/ISO and customer standards.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for test equipment failures.
Introduce advanced diagnostic tools and automation for test equipment maintenance.
Manage and train maintenance technicians; ensure skill development for complex test systems.
Maintain EHS standards and ensure audit readiness for test maintenance processes.
Optimize spare parts inventory, reduce maintenance costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Track KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, calibration compliance, and communicate performance to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Desired Experience Level

12-18 years of experience in test equipment maintenance within EMS or electronics manufacturing environments.
Proven track record in managing complex test systems and implementing predictive maintenance strategies.
