We are looking for a female Tele Callers , CRM Executive & Process Coordinator to handle customer interactions, follow-up calls, maintain customer relationship data and work process coordination. Key Responsibilities for Tele Callers: Make outbound calls to customers Handle inbound queries politely and professionally Follow ups to the clients Key Responsibilities for CRM: Maintain and update customer records in CRM Follow up on leads and coordinate with the sales team Provide product information and support customer inquiries Follow ups to the clients Key Responsibilities for Process Coordinator: Monitor and track ongoing processes to ensure timely completion Coordinate between departments to facilitate smooth workflow Generate regular reports on process performance. Follow ups to the client Requirements: Good communication skills Only female candidate can apply Soft spoken Minimum qualification: Graduate or pursuing Basic excel, MS-Word, MS- Office and computer knowledge Should have 0-1 year work experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Ability to commute/relocate: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
