Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Loan Sales Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining loan products, and generating leads for personal loans, home loans, or business loans. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about loan products. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan options. Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries courteously and professionally. Coordinate with the sales team and documentation team for smooth loan processing. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, interest rates, and loan terms. Key Skills Required:Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English/regional languages). Persuasive and confident telephone manner. Basic understanding of loan products (personal, business, home loans). Target-driven with a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred). Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience in telecalling or sales (especially financial services) is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Benefits:Attractive incentives based on performance.
