Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales conversions in CRM software. Feedback Collection: Gather customer insights, objections, and preferences to improve sales strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales team to strategize and optimize outreach efforts. Key Requirements: Experience: 1-3 years in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
