Telecaller – Entry-Level (0–1 Year Experience) Location: Mannuthy, Thrissur, Kerala Salary: ₹12,000/month + Incentives Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome) Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Mannuthy. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in customer interaction and sales. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Provide information about products/services and address customer inquiries. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions. Achieve daily and monthly call targets. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales. Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies. Requirements Fluent in Malayalam; English proficiency is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet). Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
