We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to support the Amazon Seller Onboarding Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential sellers—such as retailers, manufacturers, and business owners—and helping them register and start selling on Amazon. This role is crucial in expanding Amazon’s seller base and providing new sellers with the necessary guidance to get started smoothly. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential sellers and introduce them to the Amazon marketplace. Explain the benefits of selling on Amazon and guide them through the registration process. Assist new sellers with documentation, account setup, and compliance requirements. Follow up with leads via calls, messages, or emails until onboarding is complete. Answer seller queries and resolve concerns related to product listings, pricing, shipping, or policies. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and onboarding status using CRM tools. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for seller registrations and active onboardings. Stay updated with Amazon's latest seller policies, promotions, and tools.
